Bias In the U.S.A.

I start to sweat

I turn on my TV set

I don’t hear what I want yet

Forget the local news….

I need a political muse

To whisk away the blues!

Into my easychair do I flop

and log onto my laptop

No way can I be stopped.

ABC, CBS, NBC, then….

Fox, MSN, CNN

They are cable has-beens.

Thanks to the magic of Youtube

Superior to the original TV cube

I become a political rube!

I get to select the time

For a feeling oh so sublime

Too much pleasure, it’s a crime!

I find those who agree with me

From different ideas do I flee

Never an exception will there be!

The bickering, lying and screaming are all on!

The hacks, pundits and spin doctors are all on!

I put my hands up

They’re singing my song

All my fear flies a-way

Nodding my head like, yeah

Pointing my finger like, yeah

I got my hands up, they’re playing my song

They know I’m gonna be ok

Yeah, it’s bias in the U.S.A!

Yeah, it’s bias in the U.S.A!

I am gonna be okay

As long as it stays this way

While there’s bias in the U.S.A!

Sweet, sweet bias in the U.S.A.!
